In our online store you are welcome to pay by bank / credit card, invoice or partial payment. The prices include Swedish VAT of 25%. For orders from outside the EU the final sum will not include Swedish VAT. Local VAT and potential Customs may have to be paid in your country upon delivery.

All bank / credit card transactions outside of Sweden are handled by our partner Verifone for safe and secure payments.
Accepted bank / credit cards for payment are Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

Together with our partner Klarna we are happy to offer all Swedish customers payment by invoice. 25 SEK will be added for this service (incl. VAT). The payment terms for this purchase is 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is sent at the same time as the delivery is made.

In cooperation with our partner Klarna we also offer our Swedish customers the possibility of partial payment. You get the goods delivered before you pay and you decide how much you pay a month (from 50 SEK / month or 1/24 of the total amount). An administrative surcharge of 29 SEK will be added, regardless of the number of purchases. You can always decide to pay the full remaining amount at once.

The shipping cost within Sweden is 75 SEK.

We will send your order within Sweden with Schenker Privpak.
Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days within and your package is delivered to the nearest agent. You will receive a notification via SMS when your package is ready to be picked up.
For customers outside of Sweden the order will be delivered by UPS.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Delivery times mentioned here are to be seen as guidelines only and may vary pending possible delays caused by payment authorization or customs clearance at the destination.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. In case of misleading information regarding the quantities in stock, due to technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

If you choose to not pick up your package when it has arrived at the nearest delivery point within the time frame (14 days), we will charge a fee of 250 SEK for the return delivery and administration costs as the package is returned to us. Please contact us if you have any questions!

You of course have the right to exchange and return your order for up to 14 days after you obtained your package. In order for the return to be approved, all goods needs to be unused and price tags / labels shall remain. Naturally all goods should be in the same condition as when you received them.
In your package you will find the form with all the information you need on how to handle an exchange or return.
If you paid your order with a bank / credit card, the money will be returned to the account the card is linked to, usually within 2-4 business days from the date the return has been handled.
Once your return is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you wish to return your complete order, please do not pay anything on your invoice but await an e-mail from us stating that we received your return and credited the full invoice amount.
If you only return parts of your order, you pay for the garments you choose to keep and the invoicing fee. If your invoice for some reason is due before you have heard back from us, please inform Klarna at +46 (8) 120 120 10.

If you wish to complain about a product, please contact us at the head office, info@claesgoran.com or +46 (8) 684 091 92 (the store), and tell us what is wrong with the product. If the product is still in stock we will replace it and if the product is sold out, we make sure your money is refunded to you immediately.

All personal data stored on this website is handled with extreme care. The information stored will not be resold in any way or used for purposes other than to provide you, as our customer, with the best service possible. Examples of occasions when this saved personal data is used could be to inform you about special offers, promotions or other marketing activities related to Claes Göran.
As a registered member you may at any time terminate your subscription by clicking the link unsubscribe that you find in our newsletters.

If you follow an external link and thereby leave our site, the contents of the other site are outside our control and influence. Accordingly, we assume no responsibility in case a website which we link to may contain illegal content or content that infringes.

A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. A Bondelid will under such circumstances naturally do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
